Refund policy
All refunds must be requested in writing to the Company at the following email address: admin@abccredits.com. For all continuing education (CE) courses, refunds are not available if any of the following conditions are met:
- The certificate of completion was produced; or
- The purchase was made more than 14 days prior to the time the refund is being requested.
In addition, no refund(s) is/are available for the purchase of a course during the final 14 days prior to one’s relevant continuing education (CE) deadline.
