I’ve never taken a course with you before. How should I do this for the first time?

Welcome to ABC Credits.

When you register for the first time, a username and profile will be created for you inside our learning management system (LMS). Upon registration, you will receive an email with your credentials and a link that brings you into the LMS. You will be able to begin your course right away.

How long does it take to receive that email?

In almost all cases, it’s a matter of seconds. The only issue we’ve had so far, is when someone makes a spelling mistake in their email address.

What about when I register for the second time?

You repeat the same process. Courses are purchased on our website and added to your LMS profile. Courses cannot be purchased from inside the LMS system.

When will I receive the certificate of completion?

When you complete the course, you will receive the certificate of completion right away. After that, a copy of it will be emailed to you for your records.

Where can I find more information about the CE credits I need?

If you’re completely unaware of the credits you need to complete, the first point of contact is your organizations' learning and development team. Almost all large firms have a designated team or person who is responsible for the tracking and reporting of CE credits.

If we offer credits that satisfy the requirements of your vocation, then we have a page called “CE Requirements” that explains this. The link to this page can be found at the bottom of the homepage. This matrix will help you plan the courses you want to complete with ABC Credits.

What is the format of your courses?

The majority of our courses are written and delivered online. As we move forward however, video-based courses will become available. It ultimately depends on the content offered by our partners.
